At SeaChange Fuels, and as our name implies, we believe that dramatic changes need to be made, now, to become more efficient while we reduce our nation’s reliance on carbon-belching fuels. Our team of scientists and engineers came together to create a fuel alternative that works.

An entrepreneur with a focus on Business Strategy, Mr. Lamdin's background and experience in issues of sustainably and environmental stewardship coupled with his depth of knowledge of renewable energy helps him set the course for SeaChange’s growth and expansion. He’s an opportunity engineer who gives back as a Mentor, Coach, and Judge with the Maine Center for Entrepreneurs and the Cleantech Open.

Dr. Stephen Jenks
Chairman
A published author and organizational development professional, he has helped founders of early-stage technology companies learn to become effective leaders of successful growing companies. Dr. Jenks’ has extensive experience working with more than 70 companies and venture funders on organizational structure, business strategy and management development.

CFO & Director
A focused financial professional with over 27 years experience CFO and other senior financial positions with high technology, high growth public and private companies, Mr. Bettigole understands the nuances of managing growth and capital to meet the needs of entrepreneurial organizations. He’s a 6-Sigma Black Belt with and MBA in International Business.

Andrew Learned
COO
A retired United States Navy Surface Warfare Officer and former Lieutenant Commander with the US Special Forces Command Central, Mr. Learned is a veteran of 12-years with three deployments overseas. He launched and guided the success of independent learning centers with four locations across Florida where he also served as a member of the State’s House of Representatives.

A Ship Pilot and Maritime Consultant, Skip brings a steady perspective to the team based on his years on the water as a boat captain. Captain Strong is also a Consultant and Advisor to a number of Maritime Enterprises.

Mr. Tisdale is former General Counsel of Arclight Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on the energy sector.

Richard Kimball, Ph.D.
An MIT graduate and Professor of Engineering at Maine Maritime Academy, Dr. Kimball’s focuses on renewable energy technologies, research and development on fuel emulsions, biofuel production, and offshore wind power development.

Lew Hinman, MBA
A strategic business thinker, Mr. Hinman is a driven advisor who focuses his efforts on helping us understand the needs of the marketplace through precise data analysis. He has helped guide the growth of United Technologies and Exelis Europe, Asia, India and South Africa. Mr. Hinman served as SCF’s CEO for 4 years.
